Unplug around 630, and I go until 10-11pm. Usually end up at 40-50% remaining on my 11 Pro Max, and 30-40% on my 11 Pro. 2020 iPhones will likely need bigger batteries for 5G and higher refresh rate displays. My guess is that batteries will be bigger, but battery life will be the same or slightly shorter.
Having the battery 80% charge, you're almost always trickle charging your battery - which is less stress than charging at full 18w.
Battery health I think there is battery issue on iphone 11 series, I am using Iphone 11 from 26th Jan 2021 and by today i.e 11th May battery health has been drop to 96% even after taking so much of care and after 14.5 update so called recalibration especially for 11series battery health drop by 1% after the recalibration process over and just next day battery health drop by another 1%.
