The best Gorilla Glass version for drop protection is Gorilla Glass 6 and the best version for scratch resistance is Gorilla Glass 3. Harder glass is required for scratch resistance but harder glass is more likely to break. Flexible (softer) glass is better for drop resistance but it can be easily scratched.
